Priya Karmakar Das is a Career Counsellor, Mentor, Legal Coach, and Educator with over a decade of professional experience across the legal and education sectors. She is a Ph.D. Scholar in Law, a Certified Career Analyst (CCA), Certified International Career Counsellor (CICCP, UK), Licensed Career Development Professional (CDP, ICCC UK), and a Certified POSH Trainer.

She has served as an Assistant Professor of Law and contributed extensively to curriculum development, coordinating NAAC/BCI/SDG compliance processes and academic committees. She has mentored students through experiential learning initiatives, placement support, and career counselling, while also serving as a PG research guide at the university level. Priya has published multiple research papers in reputed journals and contributed to book editions, further strengthening her academic and professional profile.

Her professional background includes six years of legal practice before the High Court and District Courts, alongside over 4.5 years of experience as a teacher, mentor, and counsellor. This unique blend of academic expertise, research leadership, legal practice, and counselling abilities enables her to guide individuals through complex educational, professional, and personal transitions.

Known for her ability to simplify complex career decisions and create actionable roadmaps, Priya has successfully mentored students and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
